We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped within 60 days of the purchase date.

If you receive an item that is damaged, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping it back to our facilities. If you are returning or exchanging an item that was received in normal condition, you are responsible for covering the postage fee to the UK.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
